These connections can be made either with a direct Ethernet connection, via a Regular IP or a Foreign IP connection (only one Ethernet site is available). Please note that you can add multiple sites on the same CopperCube. In short, the Site Name is a unique name of your BACnet network with a unique range of devices. You need to enter the connection type, device number for the CopperCube on the network and a name that you assign for the site that you want to connect to. The site provides a definition for the CopperCube to connect to the BACnet network and retrieve data.

This is available as an upgrade if needed. The SQL Connector is a separate purchased option. These settings are chosen from the Menu Settings -> Data Destinations Optionally, it can also be used to send data to CopperTree Kaizen and/or to a SQL database. All further configuration can be done through the UI by accessing the CopperCube using this new static IP. You can use this static IP address in the browser to verify the connection.
